Continuing Mindfulness Programme

Mindfulness and meditation are long-term practices, and most of us need support and guidance to keep going.

The community around the Cardiff Buddhist Centre and Yoga Studio offer many following events and classes that can support a continuing practice of mindfulness and meditation. Some are aimed at people who have completed an eight mindfulness course. Some focus on yoga and meditation. Some explore these practices in the context of Buddhism.

The spirit of our community is friendship and awareness. You are welcome to participate in these events in a way that’s right for you.
