Practice morning, 9.30am – 1.00 pm, Saturday June 24 at the Cardiff Buddhist Centre, St Peters St, Roath CF24 3BA

Course Fee: £190 (waged) / £125 (concessions)

A course for anyone who wants to respond more effectively to difficulties and live with more contentment

Classes will combine instruction, discussion & practice. Learn to pay attention to your experience in a non-judgmental way and face stressful situations.

Home practice is an important part of the course and each participant will need to do 40-50 minutes of this each day between  sessions,

This course follows the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme (MBCT for Stress)
