This course is for people who want to share mindfulness with others. You’ll learn to explain mindfulness and lead practices, and get kindly feedback and encouragement. We’ll also look at the theory behind mindfulness.
It’s intended for people who have an established mindfulness practice and work with people who could benefit from simple mindfulness practices: teachers, counsellors, social workers and anyone else in a profession that involves helping people.
The course won’t give you a formal qualification or accreditation and you’ll need your employer’s agreement before starting to use mindfulness in your work.
