Practice morning, 9.30am – 1.00 pm, Saturday 10 March

A course for anyone who wants to respond more effectively to difficulties and live with more contentment

Classes will combine instruction, discussion and practice. Learn to pay attention to your experience in a non-judgmental way and face stressful situations.

Home practice is an important part of the course and each participant will need to do 40-50 minutes of this each day between  sessions,
